FAQs

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We have professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.

Can you hold our wedding date?

Unfortunately we are unable to hold your wedding date without a deposit.

How do we go about booking with you?

If we have availability all we would need to reserve your wedding date would be the £300 deposit and a signed contract. We'll send you the contract once we've received your deposit through.

When is the final balance due?

Your final balance is due one calendar month before your wedding.

What if you've not photographed at our wedding venue before?

If we haven't photographed at your wedding venue before we'll arrange to go and have a look around a few weeks before the wedding. Some of our couples arrange to join us there to discuss ideas for the day.

What coverage do you offer on the day?

We offer three different options but a full days coverage generally starts with the getting ready shots, a couple of hours before the ceremony and continues throughout the day up until a few dances after the first dance. The half day and two hour options can be used to cover whatever part of the day you prefer.

Do you take group photographs?

Totally, It's your day and we are happy to capture as many group shots as you would like. We'll send you a form so you can list all the group shots you would like before the big day.

What happens after our wedding?

We'll edit your images and have them with you within two weeks of your wedding. Your USB Drive or the Transferred Files, will contain the images in both high and low resolution. The high resolution files are for printing from and the low resolution files are great for uploading to social media or keeping on your phone. We'll also supply your images on a password protected online gallery so your family and friends can view your photographs. Prints can be ordered through the gallery also, if required. Other products like our wedding and parent books can be purchased anytime within the year after your wedding. The order pack for the albums is available on request.
